Co-Teaching Support

ADAC works with school leaders, general education teachers, and special education teachers to:
  • Collaboratively analyze current student service delivery and staff capacity needs and identify therewith opportunities to develop and cultivate co-teaching partnerships that will improve inclusion
  • Adopt family engagement strategies to provide least restrictive service delivery
  • Provide to leaders and identified co-teaching partners targeted group professional development on different instructional models of co-teaching, planning, assessment, communication, and collaboration
  • Provide to co-teaching teams ongoing coaching and support aimed at developing said teams’ internal communication and instructional acuity
