A founder of A New Day Coaching and, currently, a Collegiate Life Specialist with Focus Collegiate, Rachel has worked as a Learning Specialist and the Director of the Learning Center at Maimonides School. A presenter at a wide array of professional conferences and the developer of a special needs curriculum, Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree from Yeshiva University, an ADHD coaching certification from JST Coaching & Training, and a master’s degree from Columbia University.
Marie St. Fleur
Early Childhood Education
An experienced leader in the development of equitable and sustainable early childhood systems, Marie currently leads St. Fleur Communications which works to improve for children educational outcomes. As a former Massachusetts state representative, Marie spearheaded the establishment of the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. In her other roles in the Bay State as an early education leader, she launched the Put MA Kids First Coalition and the Early Education Small Business Innovation Center. She has also formerly served as an assistant state attorney in Massachusetts and a cabinet chief for late Boston mayor Thomas Menino. Marie holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Boston, a certificate from the University of Salamanca, and a juris doctor (JD) from the Boston College School of Law.

A veteran creative director with over 20 years of experience in print design, website design and development, digital communication, marketing, and advertising, Jeff has served the non-profit sector – including dozens of Catholic schools – and also the for-profit sector in the areas of healthcare, technology, and retail. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree from Keene State College and graduate certificates from the University of Massachusetts at Boston and the New England Institute of Art.
Jackie Guglielmo
Special Education
Jackie has over 13 years of experience in the field of education as a special education teacher, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Clinical Director, and administrator of an education related scholarship program under the Office of the Indiana Treasurer of State. A native New Yorker, Jackie held a New York State teaching license and has also practiced Behavior Analysis and Organizational Behavior Management in Massachusetts and Indiana. An avid conference attendee, she has been invited to present on multiple occasions, and has a research paper published in Advances in Neurodevelopmental Disorders. Jackie holds a bachelor’s degree from Trinity College (Hartford, Connecticut) and a master’s degree from Fordham University. She also holds a post graduate certificate from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Kevin Kiley
Adjunct Consultant for Operations & Budgeting
Currently serving as the Chancellor and Chief Financial Officer of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Fall River (Massachusetts), Kevin oversees all Chancery operations and has over 30 years’ worth of experience serving the strategic and operational needs of Catholic (arch)dioceses. Kevin currently serves and has served on numerous boards, including Past President of the Board of Directors of the Diocesan Fiscal Managers Conference. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University, a master’s degree from Villanova University, completed the Nonprofit Business Excellence Program for Catholic Leaders at the University of Notre Dame and is a Certified Diocesan Fiscal Manager.
Shannon Mazza

For over twenty years, Shannon has served as an educator, reading specialist, and school board member with experience in both Catholic and public education. Shannon is currently the Assistant Principal of the Partnership Schools of Sacred Heart School and Saint Francis Xavier School. She is actively involved in the implementation of Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS). Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree from The Catholic University of America and a master’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Nancy McNally

Serving in various roles across a variety of K-12 public and private educational settings, Nancy has close to 30 years of teaching and educational leadership experience. After serving as a teacher at Dolores Mission School in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles, Nancy served as a special education teacher in Massachusetts at Clifford Academy, Uxbridge High School, and Tri-County Vocational Technical High School and in Connecticut at Putnam High School. Nancy has also served as a curriculum coordinator, education director, and associate principal at Walker-affiliated educational sites. Additionally, Nancy has served as the academic coordinator of the Bridge Program at Oliver Ames High School in Massachusetts. Most recently serving as the children’s program coordinator at Upper Valley Haven in Vermont, Nancy holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Framingham State University.

A Catholic school educator since 2010 who is passionate about meeting the needs of all students, Krystie began her career as a paraprofessional in a middle school behavioral classroom. She then served as a teacher before becoming the assistant principal at St. Joseph School in Fairhaven, Massachusetts. Krystie holds from Eastern Nazarene College a certificate and bachelor’s degree.

Before beginning his two-decade-long career supporting the charter school movement, Tony served as the Vice President of Development for the Evergreen Foundation and the Executive Director of Camp Fire USA. He also served as VP of Development for Texans Can Academies. In 2007, Tony became the President and CEO of the Georgia Charter Schools Association. Tony holds a bachelor’s degree from Carson-Newman University and a doctoral degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Dahyana is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in the mental health field providing services for individuals and families. Serving as a Catholic school mental health consultant and partnering with public schools to design and implement social and emotional learning infrastructure, she is the co-founder of Pinnacle Partnerships, the mission of which is to help students with social and emotional challenges. Dahyana holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College, a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions, and a master’s degree from Cambridge College.
